Chicago, July 5 – City of Paris (AA/AA-) priced a €300 million issue of 20-year sustainable bonds on Monday, according to a market source.
The bonds priced at 99.124 to yield 3.562%, or at OATs plus 29 basis points.
Guidance was in the OATs plus 32 bps area. The size was set before the deal priced.
BNP Paribas was the lead manager and handled billing and delivery.
The final order book was over €5.4 billion.
Proceeds will be used to finance projects according to the issuer’s sustainability bond framework.
