Chicago, July 20 – Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd. sold $300 million of 5˝% guaranteed senior green notes due 2026 (Aa2), according to an offering document.
The issue is guaranteed by Korea Development Bank.
The notes priced at 99.776.
Joint bookrunners and lead managers were BofA Securities, Korea Development Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Proceeds will be used for eligible green projects.
The issuer is a Korean international manufacturer of advanced power generation solutions and is a member company of the Doosan Group.
