Peer Street’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., July 14 – Peer Street, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The members are the Aristides Family Trust (2002), Michael Corbett, Fixed Income Fund of the Carolinas, LLC, Gregory Ricks, IBI SBL Investments, LP, Yi Wang and Lihua Zhai.
The El Segundo, Calif.-based company filed bankruptcy on June 26 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10815.
