Do Good Foods revises key dates under bid procedures

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 18 – KDC Agribusiness LLC, which does business as Do Good Foods, revised some of the key dates under the bid procedures for its assets, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company pushed back the bid deadline to 4 p.m. ET on Oct. 25, the auction to Oct. 26, the sale hearing to Nov. 2, and the deadline to close the sale to Nov. 9.

KDC Agribusiness is a food waste recycling company based in Bedminster, N.J. The company filed bankruptcy on June 14 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10786.
