Do Good Foods trustee has trouble appointing committee

Chicago, July 7 – The Chapter 11 case for KDC Agribusiness LLC, which does business as Do Good Foods, has been noted by U.S. Trustee for Regions 3 and 9 Andrew R. Vara as not yet have having an unsecured creditors committee appointed, according to a statement filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

To date, there has been insufficient response from unsecured creditors, as the reason.

KDC Agribusiness is a food waste recycling company based in Bedminster, N.J. The company filed bankruptcy on June 14 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10786.
