Rederiaktiebolaget Eckero accepts all €24.66 million bonds in tender

Knoxville, Tenn., June 22 – Finland’s Rederiaktiebolaget Eckero accepted all €24,661,000 of tendered floating-rate notes due October 2026 (ISIN: NO0011130148) under a capped cash tender offer for up to €20 million of the €52 million outstanding bonds, according to a notice on Monday.

The company started the tender on June 12, offering to repurchase the bonds at 105.5, plus any accrued and unpaid interest.

The offer expired at 6 a.m. ET on June 19, and settlement was expected Thursday.

Of the bonds, €62 million were initially issued in 2021, with €10 million redeemed at 103 on May 15, 2023.

Eckero is a Finnish holding company, with subsidiaries involved in passenger and car ferry services as well as export shipping.
