Yageo’s Chilisin announces suspension period for convertible bonds

Chicago, June 6 – Yageo Corp. announced a suspension period for subsidiary Chilisin Electronics Corp.’s convertible bonds due to an ex-dividend, according to a notice.

Holders may not convert their domestic bonds from June 14 to July 11.

Yageo is an electronic resistor manufacturing company based in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
