Kidde-Fenwal reports $3.39 million net loss for February

Olympia, Wash., March 21 – Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. reported a $3.39 million net loss for February on $16.25 million of gross income/sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

To compare, the company reported a $7.34 million net loss for January on $13.99 million of gross income/sales.

The cash balance at the end of February was $135.68 million, down from $137.13 million at the end of January.

The industrial fire detection and suppression company is based in Ashland, Mass. The company filed bankruptcy on May 14, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number is 23-10638.
