Structurlam Mass Timber trustee names unsecured creditors committee

Chicago, May 5 – Structurlam Mass Timber U.S., Inc.’s Chapter 11 case has been appointed an unsecured creditors committee by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to an amended notice of appointment.

The committee consists of Simpson Strong Tie Canada, Ltd. with Cassandra Payton as a contact person, Ticomtec USA, Inc. with Mikhail Gershfeld as a contact and Broadhead Operating, d/b/a HMH Agency with Stacey Davies named the contact person.

The manufacturer of mass timber solutions has headquarters in Penticton, B.C. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 21 under case number 23-10497.
