Chicago, Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $283,000 of 0% capped digital notes due April 3, 2025 linked to the J.P. Morgan Large-Cap Dynamic Blend 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
