Raketech extends €15 million revolver with Avida to March 2024
Chicago, March 15 – Raketech extended its €15 million revolving credit facility with Avida Finans AB to March 2024, according to a press release.
The credit facility may be renewed annually subject to certain conditions.
Interest on the facility was increased 50 basis points starting in September. Interest will be at Euribor plus 475 bps and an additional upfront facility fee.
The borrower is a Malta-based online affiliate and content marketing company.
