Pandora hosts investor calls for €500 million sustainability bonds

Chicago, Feb. 28 – Denmark’s Pandora A/S will be participating in investor calls starting on Wednesday for a €500 million inaugural sustainability-linked bond (Baa2/BBB) offering, according to a source.

The Regulation S issue will be euro-denominated with a five-year tenor.

The issue size is marked as fixed.

Danske Bank and Nordea have been hired as global coordinators.

BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Morgan Stanley and Nordea will be joint active bookrunners.

Danske Bank is coordinating logistics.

Pandora is a jewelry brand with headquarters in Copenhagen.
