Lexington, Ky., May 26 – Delta Electronics, Inc. issued NT$6 billion of 1.49% three-year ordinary corporate bonds at par, according to a notice.
KGI Securities Co. Ltd. is the bookrunner.
Proceeds will be used to repay bank loans.
The board of directors approved the bond issue on Feb. 22.
This is the third issue of corporate bonds in 2023 for the company.
Taipei, Taiwan-based Delta is an electronics manufacturing company.
