Delta Electronics approved to issue up to NT$50 billion of bonds

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 22 – Delta Electronics, Inc.’s board has approved an issuance of up to NT$50 billion in fixed-rate corporate bonds and/or sustainable bonds, which may be issued within the next year in installments with maturities not exceeding 10 years, according to a notice.

The bonds will have a face value of NT$1 million per bond.

The board of directors passed the resolution on Feb. 22.

Taipei, Taiwan-based Delta is an electronics manufacturing company.
