Development Bank of Mongolia buys back $51.61 million of 7¼% notes

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 26 – Development Bank of Mongolia reported it has repurchased $51.614 million of its $500 million 7¼% senior notes due 2023 (ISIN: US25161AAA79, USY2056PAA40) in a series of on-market purchases in March 2020, April 2020, October 2022 and November 2022, according to a notice.

The notes were repurchased at an average price of $86.69 per $100 in principal amount of the notes.

The repurchased notes were canceled Jan. 23.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were originally issued in October 2018.
