Lansforsakringar Bank to redeem SEK 500 million of floaters due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 10 – Lansforsakringar Bank AB will redeem its SEK 500 million floating-rate senior non-preferred notes due November 2024, series 603 (ISIN: XS2076852750) on the optional redemption date of Nov. 6, according to a notice.

The redemption price will be SEK 1 million per calculation amount.

The Swedish National Debt Office has given consent for the redemption.

The notes were originally issued on Nov. 4, 2019 under the company’s €3 billion euro medium-term note program.

The issuer is the fifth largest Swedish bank and is based in Stockholm.
