Performance Powersports’ official creditors committee formed

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 30 – Performance Powersports Group, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Hisun Motors Corp. – USA, based in McKinney, Tex., Tao Motor, Inc., based in Carrollton, Tex., and Vietnam New Century Industrial Co, Ltd., based in Hai Phong, Vietnam.

The Tempe, Ariz.-based producer of powersports equipment filed bankruptcy on Jan. 16 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10047.
