Former Packable Holdings gets extension of exclusive plan periods
By Sarah Lizee
Olympia, Wash., April 10 – Pack Liquidating, LLC, formerly Packable Holdings, LLC, secured a 60-day extension of its exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The court extended the exclusive plan filing period through May 22 and the exclusive solicitation period through July 24.
The company said in its motion seeking the extension that now that it has completed the liquidation of most of its assets, other than estate claims and causes of action, it can turn its focus to drafting and submitting a plan of liquidation and bringing the Chapter 11 cases to a close.
Packable is a Hauppauge, N.Y.-based e-commerce company that operates as a third-party seller of health, beauty and other consumer products on online marketplaces. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 28, 2022 under Chapter 11 case number 22-10797.
