Fitch rates Crown Castle notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to Crown Castle Inc.'s offering of senior unsecured notes.

The agency affirmed Crown Castle’s BBB+ ratings on March 29.

Crown Castle will use the proceeds to repay indebtedness under the revolving credit facility, and to the extent of any remaining balance of net proceeds, to repay a portion of borrowings under its commercial paper program and pay related fees and expenses.

The outlook is stable.
