Urban Commons reports $881,848 net loss for February

Olympia, Wash., April 15 – Urban Commons 2 West LLC reported an $881,848 net loss for February on zero gross income/sales, according to a monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The company had $15,414 in cash at the end of February.

Urban Commons is a Corona Del Mar, Calif.-based company that modernizes underperforming hotels. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Nov. 15, 2022 under case number 22-11509.
