Cardiome files $150 million stock shelf

New York, Oct. 10 - Cardiome Pharma Corp. announced it registered to sell up to $150 million of stock in a Form F-10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Vancouver, B.C., cardiovascular drug development company said it also filed a preliminary short-form base shelf prospectus with securities regulatory authorities in Canada.

Cardiome added it will issue the shares over the next 25 months.
