Peru's Interbank to sell new subordinated notes in refinancing deal

Chicago, Jan. 4 – Banco Internacional del Peru SAA (Interbank) is planning to sell new subordinated notes (Baa3), according to a press release.

The new notes will be used to fund a tender offer of existing subordinated notes due 2029.

The rating from Moody’s Investors Service is based on a $300 million deal size of notes with a 10-year tenor.

BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are dealer managers for the tender offer.

Holders of existing notes may receive priority allocations for the new notes.

Interbank is a provider of financial products and banking services for retail customers and commercial clients in Peru.
