AppHarvest debtors report operating results for October

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 28 – AppHarvest, Inc. reported a $256,398 net loss on zero gross income/sales for October, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Its cash balance at the end of October was zero.

The AppHarvest Operations, Inc. debtor reported a $3.82 million net loss for October, also on zero gross income/sales.

AppHarvest Operations’ cash balance at the end of the month was $14.39 million.

The sustainable food company is based in Morehead, Ky. The company filed bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on July 23 under Chapter 11 case number 23-90745.
