NationsBenefits gets new credit facility for DeliverLean purchase

New York, Oct. 20 – NationsBenefits closed on a senior credit facility to support its acquisition of DeliverLean, according to a news release.

Monroe Capital LLC acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the credit facility.

NationsBenefits is a Plantation, Fla.-based provider of supplemental benefits, flex cards, and member engagement solutions for health plans. DeliverLean is a food manufacturer specializing in health and wellness.
