Apotex Pharmaceutical plans new financing for buyout by SK Capital

New York, Sept. 28 – Apotex Pharmaceutical Holdings Inc. has received a commitment for new financing to help fund its acquisition by SK Capital Partners LP, according to a news release.

RBC Capital Markets, Bank of Nova Scotia, HSBC and Truist Securities are the lead arrangers on the financing.

Closing on the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary regulatory conditions.

Apotex is a Toronto-based pharmaceutical company.
