Compute North’s official committee of unsecured creditors reappointed

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 8 – Compute North LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was reappointed by Region 7 U.S. trustee Kevin M. Epstein, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Celestina Jimenez for RK Mission Critical LLC, based in Aurora, Colo., is no longer on the committee.

The remaining members are Eng Taking for Touzi Capital, LLC, based in Walnut, Calif., Jamie Hypes for Sunbelt Solomon, based in Temple, Tex., Asher Genoot for U.S. Data Mining Group, Inc., based in Miami, and Andrew Ruff for MP2 Energy LLC, doing business as Shell Energy Solutions and based in The Woodlands, Tex.

The Eden Prairie, Minn.-based company operates crypto-mining data centers. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 22 under Chapter 11 case number 22-90275.
