Compute North receives conditional approval on Chapter 11 plan
Chicago, Dec. 21 – Compute North LLC received conditional approval of its second amended Chapter 11 plan on Tuesday, according to an order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
During the hearing a few tweaks were made to the plan which were reflected in a redline version.
The solicitation packages will include a letter from the committee, a detailed addition.
Additionally, the deadlines have been extended from the proposed timeline.
The solicitation deadline will be Dec. 27.
There is a revised voting deadline of Feb. 1
A combined hearing is now specifically scheduled for Feb. 16.
Compute North, an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based company, operates crypto-mining data centers. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 22 under Chapter 11 case number 22-90275.
