Clarus Therapeutics official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 16 – Clarus Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. with subsidiary Clarus Therapeutics, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The five members are Wesley Roberts for Syneos Health, based in Morrisville, N.C., Raphaela Cristiano-Davis for Intouch Group, LLC, based in Chicago, Ben Carlsen for NDCHealth Corp., which does business as RelayHealth and is based in Atlanta, Amy Chipperson for Axtria Inc., based in Berkeley Heights, N.J., and Chris Stover for Two Labs Pharma Services, based in Powell, Ohio.

The Northbrook, Ill.-based pharmaceutical company filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 on Sept. 5. The case number is 22-10845.
