Permian Resources to repay credit facility borrowings with notes

New York, Dec. 7 – Permian Resources Operating LLC plans to repay all or a portion of the amounts outstanding under its credit facility using proceeds from a $500 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

Permian Resources is a Midland, Tex.-based oil and natural gas company.
