Arqiva Financing gets £450 million term facility via Banco Santander

Los Angeles, Aug. 19 – Arqiva Financing No 2 Ltd. has entered into a committed facility agreement with Banco Santander, SA, London Branch for a £450 million term facility, according to a notice Friday.

In connection with the new facility, Arqiva Broadcast Finance plc will redeem all of its £625 million 6¾% notes due September 2023 guaranteed by Arqiva Financing.

Arqiva is a Winchester, U.K.-based provider of broadcast infrastructure.
