NKT will buy €94.27 million from tender offer for hybrid securities

Chicago, Aug. 25 – NKT A/S reported that the company will buy €94,272,000 of its outstanding €150 million 5.375% callable subordinated capital securities due 3018 (ISIN: DK003042766) from its tender offer that wrapped on Thursday, according to a press release.

Earlier in the day, the company announced that the offer was ending as NKT was working to price a new offering of euro-denominated green hybrid securities.

The buyback amount represents all of the tendered securities.

As previously reported, NKT was offering to purchase the hybrid securities at 100.16. The company will also pay accrued interest.

Settlement will take place on Sept. 1.

Any securities not tendered in the offer will be redeemed on Sept. 12 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
