Allego expands credit facility by €230 million to €400 million

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 19 – Allego NV expanded its credit facility by €230 million to €400 million.

The new facility expires in December 2027, according to a press release.

This credit facility is available to finance green investments. The company expects to use the refinanced credit facility to support its backlog of signed contracts.

Societe Generale acted as structuring bank and a mandated lead arranger and bookrunner along with Banco Santander.

Allego is a pan-European public electric vehicle fast-charging network. The company is based in Arnhem, Netherlands.
