Center Ethanol files bankruptcy with at least $50 million in debt

Olympia, Wash., July 12 – Center Ethanol Co., LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

In its petition, the company listed $1 million to $10 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million in liabilities.

The St. Louis-based ethanol producer filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 case number 22-42087.
