Via Renewables enters into new $195 million credit facility

Chicago, July 5 – Via Renewables, Inc. closed on a new three-year $195 million senior secured borrowing base credit facility, according to a press release.

The new facility replaces the company’s existing $227.5 million senior secured credit facility maturing in October 2023.

There is a $55 million accordion.

The new credit facility provides for working capital loans, acquisition loans, swingline loans and letters of credit.

Woodforest National Bank is the administrative agent, bookrunner and syndication agent.

Woodforest National Bank and BOKF, NA (Bank of Texas) acted as joint lead arrangers.

Via Renewables is a Houston, Tex.-based independent retail energy services company.
