Corsicana Mattress official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., July 8 – Corsicana Bedding, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by Region 6 U.S. trustee William T. Neary, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The members are David Jones for Axle Logistics, LLC, based in Knoxville, Tenn., Michael A. Siedband for FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., based in Memphis, Turker Ciplak for Iskeceli Celik Yay Tel Yan Urunleri AS, based in Istanbul, Erica Hayes for JB Hunt, based in Lowell, Ark., Angelika Matczak for KKGF, LLC, which does business as UT&C and is based in Danville, Va., Anita Huffman for TWE Nonwovens US, Inc., based in High Point, N.C., and Eyvas Yilmaz for Yilmar Dis Ticaret Ltd. Sirketi, based in Bursa, Turkey.

The Corsicana, Tex.-based mattress company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 25 under case number 22-90016.
