Voyager Digital’s chief financial officer Ashwin Prithipaul resigns

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 23 – Voyager Digital Ltd.’s chief financial officer Ashwin Prithipaul has resigned, according to a press release issued Friday.

Prithipaul will depart from the company after a transition period, and chief executive officer Stephen Ehrlich will assume Prithipaul’s duties in the interim.

Voyager Digital is a cryptocurrency broker based in New York. The company filed bankruptcy on July 5 under Chapter 11 case number 22-10945.
