Viva Capital closes $18.5 million placement of senior secured notes

Los Angeles, June 14 – Viva Capital Funding, LLC announced it closed $18.5 million of senior secured notes to a group of institutional investors.

The company will use proceeds to restructure existing debt and support additional growth of the business.

Brean Capital, LLC acted as placement agent.

Viva Capital is an invoice factoring specialty finance company based in El Paso, Tex.
