Auraria Student Lofts seeks cash collateral through end of month

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 2 – 5280 Auraria, LLC, which does business as Auraria Student Lofts, is seeking access to cash collateral through the end of January, according to an unopposed motion filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

Several previous similar extensions have been granted.

The San Clemente, Calif.-based company provides student housing in Denver. The company filed bankruptcy on June 9, 2022 under Chapter 11 case number 22-12059.
