Auraria Student Lofts reports $129,265 net profit for April

Olympia, Wash., May 23 – 5280 Auraria, LLC, which does business as Auraria Student Lofts, reported a $129,265 net profit for April on $308,425 of gross income/sales, according to its monthly operating report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The cash balance at the end of April was $1.47 million.

The San Clemente, Calif.-based company provides student housing in Denver. The company filed bankruptcy on June 9, 2022 under Chapter 11 case number 22-12059.
