Raven Engineered Films gets $175 million credit facility via Comvest

Los Angeles, June 2 – Raven Engineered Films obtained a $175 million senior secured credit facility from Comvest Credit Partners as administrative agent, according to a press release.

The financing was used to support the acquisition of Raven in a corporate carveout from CNH Industrial by Industrial Opportunity Partners.

Raven is a Sioux Falls, S.D.-based specialty plastics manufacturer
