Moby will host noteholder meeting for 7¾% secured notes due 2023

Chicago, May 31 – Moby SpA will hold a noteholder meeting regarding its 7¾% senior secured notes due 2023 (ISINs: XS1361300996, XS1361301457), according to information from a source.

The notes were originally issued under the name Onorato Armatori SpA and guaranteed by ALE1 BV.

The first call will be at 9 a.m. ET on June 15. If a second call is necessary, it would be at 9 a.m. ET on June 17 and then 9 a.m. ET on June 18 if a third call should be needed.

Moby is a Milan-based provider of maritime transportation services. The company made a Chapter 15 filing on Jan. 14 under case number 22-10311. The company gained recognition of its Italian insolvency proceedings from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida in February.
