Credivalores offers to exchange any and all 8˝% notes due 2022

Chicago, Oct. 4 – Colombia’s Crediservicios SA (Credivalores) started an offer to exchange any and all of its $50 million outstanding 8˝% notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2337444686), according to an announcement.

There is a minimum acceptance amount of $25 million for the offer.

Credivalores is offering $1,020 in new notes for each $1,000 of existing notes, plus accrued interest payable in cash.

The new notes are being offered and sold only under Regulation S.

The purpose of the tender offer is to improve the company’s financial condition, extend the debt maturity profile, improve cash flow management, enhance ability to satisfy debt obligations and maintain loan origination.

The offer expires at 11 a.m. ET on Oct. 11.

Settlement is anticipated for Oct. 18.
