Taiwan’s CSBC to price up to NT$3 billion five-year bonds

Concord, N.H., May 10 – CSBC Corp., Taiwan plans to price up to NT$3 billion of five-year notes to be issued at one time and representing the company’s first issuance in 2022, according to a notice on Tuesday.

The new notes will have a fixed-rate coupon to be determined at pricing and will price at par.

Proceeds will be used to fund working capital replenishment.

BankTaiwan Securities Co. Ltd. is the underwriter. The paying agent is Bank of Taiwan, Kaohsiung Branch.

The ship builder is based in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
