NOVA Group to call some bonds on June 30, all bonds on June 30, 2024

Knoxville, Tenn., June 28 – NOVA Group Holdings Ltd. has revised the terms of its outstanding bond so that the company must redeem some of its bonds on June 30, leaving no more than $36 million of the bonds outstanding, then redeem the remainder of the bonds in full on June 30, 2024, according to a notice.

NOVA Group Holdings provides exhibition organizing and project management services and is based in Hong Kong.
