Lev gets $100 million in financing from Cross River Strategic Direct

Lexington, Ky., May 5 – Lev secured $100 million in debt financing from Cross River's Strategic Direct Lending Group, according to a press release Thursday.

The new funding will be used to enhance product offerings, recruit and hire personnel and increase research and development for Lev’s marketplace and end-to-end lending experiences.

New York City-based Lev is a digital commercial real estate financing platform.
