Milwaukee, June 16 - Capella Resources Ltd. announced that it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of units to raise up to C$2.03 million.
Capella will issue up to 20 million units at a price of C$0.1025 per unit.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of C$0.135 per share for a period of 24 months from the closing of the offering.
Proceeds from the offering will be used for general exploration expenditures and general working capital purposes.
Capella is an exploration and mineral development company based in Dartmouth, N.S.
