VXI Global to launch $615 million term loan B on Tuesday morning

New York, April 8 – VXI Global Solutions is set to hold a lender call at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a $615 million seven-year term loan B, according to a market source.

BofA Securities Inc. is the lead on the deal.

The term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months, the source said.

Expected term loan ratings are B3/B.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the buyout of the company by Bain Capital from Carlyle Group.

VXI is a Los Angeles-based provider of customer care and customer experience solutions.
