New Issue: HSBC sells $2.82 million autocallable Stars linked to gold miners ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – HSBC Bank plc priced $2.82 million autocallable Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due Feb. 12, 2027 linked to the VanEck Gold Miners ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at an annualized call premium of 17.15% if the closing level of the ETF is greater than or equal to its initial level on any annual determination date, including maturity.
If the notes are note called, investors will full exposure to any ETF decline.
