Volunteer Energy Services gets extension of $7 million DIP facility

Olympia, Wash., June 17 – Volunteer Energy Services Inc.’s $7 million debtor-in-possession facility with PNC Bank, NA was extended through Nov. 30 from June 10, according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Interest is a base rate plus 500 basis points, as previously reported.

The Pickerington, Ohio-based retail energy provider filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 25 under case number 22-50804.
