Volunteer Energy official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., April 4 – Volunteer Energy Services Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

The members are Brett Krieg for Sequent Energy Management LLC, based in Houston, Heather Paxton for Eco-Energy Natural Gas, LLC, based in Franklin, Tenn., Andrew Singh for Snyder Brothers, based in Kittaning, Pa., Scott Belcastro for Trebel LLC, based in Mansfield, Ohio, and Adam N. Girard, based in Columbus, Ohio.

The Pickerington, Ohio-based retail energy provider filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 25 under case number 22-50804.
